Class of 2024

SIRFRAZ SHAH

Sirfraz is a Tenor 2 from Scottsdale, Arizona. Our resident jazz aficionado, his silky smooth voice will lull you right to sleep and take you on a journey through love, willows, and of course, birds. Like the birds about which he sings, Sirfraz is ready to take a flight or two on us as part of our annual international tour.

CASEY BEIDEl

Casey is a Tenor-Baritone from Rutherford, New Jersey. He is excited to bring out his theater roots and expand the Tri-Soon affiliation in the group. Already making waves with his passion for Sociology, Casey explores the ontological and phenomenological intersections of women and nature in his solo on Natural Disaster by Zac Brown Band. Make sure to check it out at one of our performances!

TIM MANLEY

As you may have guessed from his name, Mr. Manley is, in fact, a bass. Hailing from Great Dunmow, UK, with experience as the head Choir Boy at Eton and before that as a chorister at King’s College, Cambridge, Tim brings with him all of Britain’s excellency (and unfortunately, some of its Brexit). While a musical force, he is also one of our technological emperors, pursuing a degree in Computer Science.

Class of 2025

KARLO ANDREI ANTALAN

Karlo is a Tenor 1 from The Bronx. If you’re not blown away by his sweet falsetto, you’re sure to be impressed by his whistling prowess. Though he was indecisive whilst choosing between potential majors, he is now unwavering in his commitment to the School of Public and International Affairs.

WILLIAM YANG - President

William is Tenor 2 from Keller, Texas. As an engineering student, member of the Club Volleyball team, and chorister in the Glee Club, Chamber Ensemble, and the President of the Nassoons, William is a strong contender for the “most involved” superlative.

YUYU YASUDA

Our resident beatboxer, Yuyu is a Tenor 2 from Hyogo, Japan. Despite his small stature, he has one of the largest hearts in the group – watching and waiting to lend a hand. Oh, and if you ever need any contacts at UNIQLO, Yuyu is your man!

Sebastian Castro

Sebastian, our newest Baritone, hails from the tropical oasis of Guam. A music… major disappointment to his family (who also happens to be pre-med), Seb is one of the sweetest guys you will ever meet. When not singing with the Nassoons, he has been known to tickle the ivories at pianos around campus, showing off his skills as a jazz piano prodigy. What a Renaissance man!

 Class of 2026

NICK HU - Music Director

Nick, a Tenor 1 and the group’s Music Director, hails from the serene seaside town of Half Moon Bay, California. He has illustrious musical experiences, including singing with the San Francisco Opera and San Francisco Symphony before coming to Princeton. The San Francisco Chronicle writes, “boy soprano Nicholas Hu floated a solo line as pure and clear as a millstream.” We anxiously await hearing what the Daily Princetonian has to say about his tenor skills. Fingers crossed it’s something positive and water-related!

CHARLIE AMBACH

Charlie, a bass, hails from a city of gardens on an island that is long. He is excited to set both tempos and volleyballs as the second addition to the Nassoons/Club Volleyball affinity group. A true Renaissance Man, Charlie is also our oldest pre-med member. If any Nassoon ever needs a heart transplant, they’re in luck– not only will he be well-equipped to conduct the procedure, but he will also be willing to donate his big heart to the cause.

BRANDON CHO

Brandon, a Tenor-Baritone, is a sophomore from Hillsborough, California. When not putting his perfect pitch skills to use, he enjoys impulsively spending on his ever-growing chalk collection to support his Math major antics. He also enjoys composing for piano. In fact, he once attempted to write an original piece but ended up writing the theme of Pirates of the Caribbean instead. The Honor Committee better watch out for Brandon when he enrolls in Composition classes at Princeton…

ROBERT MOHAN

Robert, part of our duo of sophomore basses, is responsible for doubling the size of Arizona-squad. As a prospective Art History major, we expect Robert to ‘soon be able to recite every major Nassoon event since 1941– it’s the department’s newest prerequisite! In his spare time, Robert enjoys graphic design, pottery, and sculpting, which gives him the eye for design he needs to decorate our room as our Social Chair.

ZACH WILLIAMSON - Business manager

Zach, a baritone, hails from the whimsical world of Connecticut, whence he already has many years of experience in low-voice a cappella. Although he is Nicki Minaj’s biggest fan, Zach’s favorite song is “How Far I’ll Go” from Disney’s Frozen 2; we’re excited to see how far we’ll go with Zach as our Business Manager! We’re also curious about how he’ll finance his Urban Outfitters addiction as the group’s signature Economics major. Be sure to check out his signature sassy stare at one of our upcoming performances.

Gary Sun

Gary, our newest Tenor 1, hails from the South… of China, specifically Shenzhen. After attending boarding school at Concord Academy, he learned that one must be well versed in the ways of the intrepid American man. Thus, Gary chose to be an Economics major, the surefire way to achieve the American dream. A real business savant, Gary might end up charming you into buying a CD or two.

CLASS OF 2027

Arturo Cruz Urrutia

Arturo, our newest Tenor 2, hails from the idyllic island of San Juan, Puerto Rico, doubling the size of U.S.-Territory-Squad. Ask him to play you a lick on the classical guitar, or a melody on his more-treasured instrument, the recorder. If you want a voice lesson, he’s got plenty of tips, tricks, and exercises for you to try.

Akash Bhowmick

Akash, our newest Tenor-Baritone, hails from the picturesque township of Princeton Junction, New Jersey. An ORFE… actually, an ECE major, he’ll light up your world like nobody else. Fun fact: Akash once got into a car crash while jamming out to his favorite One Direction song! If you’re lucky, he’ll tell you the story.
